Q. Is D-PLAYER going to be charged?
No. We distribute D-PLAYER for free of charge.
But most of its contents will not be.
Q. Does it cost any money to update D-PLAYER
No. Updates are free of charge. D-PLAYER will display if updates are available.
You may update at your desired timing.
Q. I can't watch my movies. Nothing happens on the screen.
The movie file may be encoded with the codec that is not supported by D-PLAYER.

Also, the codecs that are already installed on your PC may affect the quality of the playback.
Please note that you cannot playback movies that are protected by DRM.

Q. What is the recommended environment for experiencing VR?
For PC
1. CPU Core i5 or above, and compatible processors.
2. 8GB or more RAM(above 16GB is strongly advised)
3. 1024*768 screen resolution.
4. GeForce 960 series or later (GeForce 970 series and later is strongly advised. Exclude models for mobile use.
5. Windows 8/Windows 8.1/Windows10(You may experience unexpected issues with Windows 7)
* Not compatible with Macintosh. Please use BOOTCAMP or a similar Windows environment.
* Windows 8 or later.
* DirectX11 or later must be installed.
* Your hard disk to save movies must not be formatted in FAT32, or else you may not be able to download movies larger than 4GB.
* Oculus Rift is not compatible with Windows versions before Vista.

Q. Where do I get the movie codecs?
You can download versatile movie codecs for free. Search on the internet.

Your computer could be under a lot of workloads, such as virus scanning.
Q. Where can I check for the latest version of D-PLAYER?
D-PLAYER has an auto-updating function, but in case your computer had been off-line for a while,
please download the latest version from D-PLAYER's official website, or the app store.
Q. I want to know about the known issues and scheduled updates.
D-PLAYER for smartphones is not compatible with the inter-file jumping function yet.
